About  Eric Cimanes:

Siya ang previous na Planning Coordinator, swetu kaayu sa dagan sa Al Sharq na related sa ordering sa mga material, scheduling sa mga Job Order ug mga updates sa production. Usa siya ka IE, clever guy, smart, focus sa trabaho ug decilpinado.

Ako ang gehimo na temporary replacement niya run sa sugo ni Haroon na former na GM sa Al Sharq. Nag lagot ko sa situasyun na ako ang gi puli aki wala koy kalibutan sa production ug sa trabaho. Akung ge open ang sitwasyun kang Bernardo para siya ang mo balibad unta didtu sa GM na dili ko epuli ni Eric. Pero walay ge himo si Bernardo na akung head sa IT, hinoon gusto niyang mahitabo basi sa iyang tambag na ako ang mo balibad.

Usa nalang ka bulan mo stop work na si Eric, nagkaduol ang adlaw na mo hunong siya, nagkakusog ang kulba sa akung dughan. Hangtud karun dili pa nako ma dawat ang tanan na ge teach niya kay dili ko interesado sa trabaho. Usahay dili gani ko ganahan magpa dool niya na mag talk ang bahu sa sigarilyo mo labaw kung mag talk siya. Hilig kaayu siya manigarilyo unya mo katol ang akung totonlan kung maka simhot sa baho sa nicotine.

Anyway, naningkamot jud nuon si Eric ma makakat-on ko kay para ra sad ni nako.

Salamat Eric sa imung mga inputs deri nako, dili lang ka teacher sa akung position run pero amigo ka nako.

This day, Mr. Reino decided to lead a cleaning schedule in our lobby or our own hallway in the fifth floor of villa 3, our home. One of his concern and priority is to get rid of these cats that leaves a very bad smelly droppings in the center of the floor. i also volunteer to clean the floor with water to loosen the dried droppins of this cats. There are more than 10 cats in this area, now, all of them are gone, and our floor area is very clean. Our next concerns are, how to apply discipline to our co mates to keep our area clean.

Christopher Chua – a friend, a brother, the most active production supervisor. Educate people not only in words, but in action. He decided to file exit from this company after a 2 year contract to invest his time for a local business and more time to his family. He cooks food that taste good, especially with coconut milk added. He will be going back to the Philippines soon this month. We will miss you Cris,. Happy Birthday..

A great Boss a true manager

He came in Saudi Arabia from Netherland packed with great administrative plans and equipped with experienced and knowledge, the true boss model, fatherly-like motivation and full of energy.

Way back from December to May, I always have a confident going to office and sat on my work station, because he is in the there near to us. Working in an office with lots of plan everyday, can heal your mind from thinking of homesick or afraid from the owners present.

Being with this guy can motivate you to do things for the better (to this company) not looking at the present situation but for the future he predicted. He has great plans and hope to all those people who failed. Generally, our company needs some management modification with many reasons. I do not want to mention or blame anyone but I believe that we need him for a better one.

As the web designer of this company, he contributed a lot of things to fulfill the needs of my work. He let me used his personal SLR camera to take picture for images I needed in the website. Most of the pictures I took for the website were taken using this camera. Some of the correction and suggestion to modify are his help. And lastly he again let me use it for creating a brochure for the company. He also contributed a lot to this work, from layout to the type of picture we used.

Now he’s leaving

A memo from the owner tells him that his contract was terminated. After 6 months of professional service, this is the reward he received that we didn’t expect. After he managed to arrange things and resolving financial issues, he will finally leave Riyadh on Wednesday. We will miss him a lot. He is the only manager that can give you of telling jokes to his subordinates, tell story to ordinary employee, and treated everyone here fairly. He is close to the Filipino workers, maybe he saw it that we do things he assigned professionally or we work things smarter that other nationality. There are also a lot of people here don’t like him, I don’t know why they didn’t see what he is capable of, but I think that the management cannot afford his salary rate anymore.

Anyway, what ever the wrong and the right reason of his leaving, it will be for the good of others and for the will of God.

We will miss you generally. Hope that we can meet soon to a better future for us and for our family.

The picture below is the Artwork department, its where graphic designs are made for printing. I temp to work some things here because it is a very cool place and manage work well. It is also a good place to hide from the owner who always seeks someone he meet to give problem to, hehehe. Anyway as long as your comfortable to work and make things done, it is better to hide from disturbance.
